In 2003 Barb Bardin began her journey of shaping a floating dock with a small snack bar into a full service restaurant and catering venue. Sadly Barb Bardin passed away after a long courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Her spirit remains alive at Splash!  You will notice our staff t-shirts showcase the things Splash has become known for over the years – Fish Tacos, Ice Cold Beverages & Barb Bardin! 

Today Splash operates seasonally, offering a casual dining experience while floating on Lake Champlain. Our restaurant is weather-dependent so be sure to check our Facebook page for weather closures. We look forward to seeing you and serving you on the dock!
