Summer is short in Burlington Vermont, so we take it up a notch and deliver a special lakefront tropical restaurant experience that’s all about FUN.

For lunches, dinners or drinks, Splash is definitely one-of-a-kind – hidden on the lakeside of the floating Burlington Boathouse. You’ll be literally eating inches above the water and looking out across Lake Champlain and into the Adirondacks.

While we don’t take reservations, we offer a full bar area and plenty of dock seating to share a drink overlooking the lake.

If you’re considering a location for a wedding (all sex marriages), business meeting, life celebration memorials, or any special event in Burlington, we have a unique space above with both enclosed and open areas overlooking the breakwater and magnificent lake views. We love a good party and would love to host yours!
